Sammy always has the most impressive class presentations. Always. But her best friend and project partner Max is hiding somewhere in the school after a very public bullying incident. In order to make sure Max is okay and finish their 'Tall Tales' presentation on time, Sammy has to track Max down and speed him through a roller coaster of tall tales, oversized characters, giant blue oxen & American myth. And hopefully learn along the way that sometimes things that seem like a huge deal aren't quite as big as we imagine.
Marin Theatre Company presents Tall Tales like Paul Bunyan and Stormalong in this new stage adaptation by Steve Yockey, specially commissioned by MTC.
